WEEK 3- Fitness/ Activity Log & Basketball Challenge

Ms. Smith put together a few basketball skills logs for you to complete along with your fitness log.  Open the basketball modules to receive your challenge.  After you have completed the basketball challenge, take the basketball quiz/survey to receive extra credit this week.  HAVE FUN!

Complete this Fitness/Activity Log by 11:59 P.M. Sunday each week.

You are required to complete at least 40 - 60 minutes of physical exercise each week to receive credit.  This is equivalent 20 minutes for each day  your class was to meet according to the A/B day calendar. 

Example:  If your class was to meet twice this week (Tuesday and Thursday) then you are expected to get at least 40 minutes of exercise.  If you were to meet 3 times this week you will be expected to get 60 minutes of exercise. 

It is not necessary for you to engage in fitness/activity every day or any specific days.   It is just recommend that you spread your workouts out throughout the week.
