WEEK 2- Fitness/ Activity Log
To receive credit for this course you are expected to engage in heart elevating exercise and activity that follow the components of fitness and FITT principle. This will be recorded by completing the assigned survey each Sunday at 11:59 P.M. Only complete the information on the days in which you engaged in activity. Then identify what components of fitness your workouts address by completing question #13 before submitting. It is not necessary for you to engage in fitness/activity every day or any specific days. It is just recommend that you spread your workouts out throughout the week.
For example if you worked out on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday this week you will answer the questions for those days only. Then proceed to #13 and answer that question. You can record your information here each day after you exercise or all at he end of the week. You are allowed to retake the survey as much s you like.
