Complete this Fitness/Activity Log by 11:59 P.M. Sunday each week.
Ms. Smith posted a dance challenge. Open and review the dance modules Ms. Smith posted. After you read the directions Ms. Smith posted, submit your assignment for extra credit.
You are required to complete at least 40 - 60 minutes of physical exercise each week to receive credit. This is equivalent 20 minutes for each day your class was to meet according to the A/B day calendar.
Example: If your class was to meet twice this week (Tuesday and Thursday) then you are expected to get at least 40 minutes of exercise. If you were to meet 3 times this week you will be expected to get 60 minutes of exercise.
It is not necessary for you to engage in fitness/activity every day or any specific days. It is just recommend that you spread your workouts out throughout the week.
