WEEK 2- Fitness/ Activity Log : Chose 2 of the workouts posted from Ms. Smith and record on the survey which 2 you completed!! At the end of the survey this week, you will need to answer an extended response question. Refresh you knowledge on the FITT concept!!!
Complete this Fitness/Activity Log by 11:59 P.M. Sunday each week.
You are required to complete at least 40 - 60 minutes of physical exercise each week to receive credit. This is equivalent 20 minutes for each day your class was to meet according to the A/B day calendar.
Example: If your class was to meet twice this week (Tuesday and Thursday) then you are expected to get at least 40 minutes of exercise. If you were to meet 3 times this week you will be expected to get 60 minutes of exercise.
It is not necessary for you to engage in fitness/activity every day or any specific days. It is just recommend that you spread your workouts out throughout the week.
